Innstay UK Ltd are part of The Rudd Group of companies which also include Bob Rudd gaming & amusement machines and Clear Cool glass washers & ice makers. The role is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

About the role :

As a Key Customer Support Executive based out of our Newcastle depot, your responsibility will be to work closely with the Innstay team to ensure that customer accounts and products are supported pro-actively and effectively to their full potential.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answering incoming telephone calls from existing and prospective customers
  • Building relationships with existing customers based on our products
  • Supporting and advising customers of the products within our range
  • Updating customer’s social media accounts as part of our social media management product
  • Creation of digital signage and graphics for customers
  • Updating music profiles
  • Programming of till systems
  • Reporting on the success of the products to customers
  • Liaising closely with stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Reviewing and managing customer accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records of customers using our CRM system
  • Keeping on top of any debt or late payment

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Experience/Skills

  • Basic design skills
  • Computer literacy, knowledge of excel, office, powerpoint etc
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work as both part of a team and individually
